Evodex G-25 is an economic size exclusion chromatography resin based on cross-linked dextran. The resin is mainly used for group separation, such as desalting, buffer exchange, and sample cleanup. It also can be used for separation of peptide, oligonucleotides as well as the purification of antibiotics, chemical synthesized medication and natural organism. The hydrophilic matrix minimizes nonspecific adsorption and gives high recoveries during desalting and buffer exchange of proteins and nucleic acids. Evodex G-25 has the following features: • Stable performance • Excellent reuse performance • Reliable scale-up

Flow velocity test: 300/500 column, bed height of 20 cm, distilled water at 20℃.
Swell the resin in ten times the volume of distilled water, at room temperature for at least 3 hours, or in a water bath at 90°C for 1 hour. Evodex is supplied as a dry powder and must be swollen before use. Avoid excessive stirring during swelling as it can break the particles. Do not use magnetic stirrers.
When stored in closed original containers at 4 – 30℃, the shelf life is set to 8 years (dry powder). After use, the resin can be stored in 20% ethanol at 4 – 30℃, do not freeze the resin. To prevent ethanol volatilization and microbial growth, it is recommended to regularly replace the fresh preservation solution.
