This kit is intended for the detection of Mycoplasma DNA through TaqMan probe-based real-time PCR,
offering a highly sensitive and specific approach for identifying Mycoplasma contamination in diverse
samples, including culture media, cell cultures, and biological materials. It can detect various
Mycoplasma species, such as Mycoplasma spp., Acholeplasma spp., and Spiroplasma spp., all of which
belong to the class Mollicutes.
