Lactate Oxidase, Aerococcus viridans, 20U/mg
Product Overview
Lactate oxidase (LOD) is a member of a family of FMN (flavin mononucleotide)-dependent alpha hydroxy acid oxidizing enzymes and catalyzes the oxidation of L-lactate to pyruvate with reduction of O2 to H2O2. LOD is widely employed in biosensors to measure lactate concentration.

mCAP
Product Details
Mol wt. 803.4 Appearance Solution (100 mM) Mol Formula C21H30N10O18P3 Purity ≥90% (AX-HPLC) Applications mCAP can be incorporated in transcription by adding a mixture of cap analog and GTP, typically in a 4:1 ratio. As a result, about 80% of the synthesized mRNA will have a 5′ cap, while the remaining 20% will retain a 5′ triphosphate. $0.00(No) -
Plasmodium falciparum Circumsporozoite protein (6NANP)
Product Information
The Plasmodium falciparum circumsporozoite protein (PfCSP) is the most abundant antigen on the surface of P. falciparum sporozoites, which are the form of the parasite transmitted by mosquitoes into the human bloodstream. PfCSP is a key player in the parasite’s ability to invade liver cells during the preerythrocytic stage of infection.
The protein is characterized by a central region containing six highly conserved, immunodominant repeats of a tetrapeptide sequence (NANP). This sequence is critical for the immune recognition of the sporozoite. The N-terminal and C-terminal regions of PfCSP harbor two important protective regions known as RI and RII-plus. These regions enable sporozoite attachment and invasion of hepatocytes, making them important targets for immune responses. PfCSP is a focal point for vaccines that aim to interrupt the early stages of malaria infection.
High titers of antibodies have been observed against PfCSP, particularly those targeting the NANP repeats. These antibodies can help disrupt the ability of blood-borne sporozoites to invade hepatocytes. This interruption prevents hepatocyte infection during the parasite life cycle and inhibits the development of clinical symptoms associated with blood-stage malaria.

Pneumococcal surface adhesin A protein (Recombinant, N-His)
Product Overview Details Source E. coli Product Information This protein is essential for S. pneumoniae, as it binds and transports manganese ions across the cell membrane, a process critical for the bacterium’s survival and virulence in nutrient-limited host environments. The lipoprotein anchor enables PsaA’s association with the membrane, facilitating its role in efficient manganese acquisition. Form Lyophilized Species Streptococcus pneumoniae UniProt ID P42363 Expression Region 21–310 aa Protein Length Complete length of the mature protein Target Protein Sequence Refer datasheet Tag Info 10xHis-tagged at the N-terminus and Myc-tagged at the C-terminus Purity Greater than >85% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Molecular Weight (Predicted) 39.9 kDa Storage Buffer Tris buffer with 50% glycerol Reconstitution Store working aliquots at 4°C for up to one week for optimal stability. Stability & Storage The product should be stored between -20°C and -80°C for extended storage. Protein has to be aliquoted for best storage conditions. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Note: The protein sequence has a high disorder at N-terminal and may be difficult to express. If the protein expression fails, the constructed plasmid and strains will be provided. A development fee will be charged.

Rabies virus G protein (recombinant; non-biotinylated)
Product Overview Details Species Rabies virus Background This recombinant Rabies virus G Protein is expressed in E. coli and is the main surface protein of the Rabies virus. It enables the virus to bind to host receptors and fuse with cell membranes, allowing viral entry into host cells. It also triggers the release of virus-neutralizing antibodies. This recombinant protein can be used for serological assays, vaccine studies, structural analysis, and drug screening. UniProt ID Q01101 Purity >90% as determined by reducing SDS-PAGE Target Sequence Lys20–Glu458 Molecular Weight 51.58 kDa Formulation The substance was lyophilized from a filtered solution of PBS at pH 7.4 and 1 mM EDTA. Typically, 4% trehalose and 1% mannitol are included as protectants before the lyophilization process. Stability & Storage For long-term storage, the product should be stored in its lyophilized state at −20°C to −80°C. For optimal storage, the protein should be aliquoted. Reconstituted protein solution can be stored at 2–8°C for 2–7 days. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Reconstitution To make a stock solution, the protein can be reconstituted in sterile water. (No)
